Privacy Policy
Party DJ ("the service", "we", "us") is operated by AI Lab. This page explains what data we collect when you use Party DJ at dj.ai-lab.com.au, how we use it, and who it is shared with.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your unique user ID and email address from the provider. If you sign in with Apple and choose "Hide My Email", we only see the private relay address.
- Content you provide. The event type, names, optional instructions, and language you select when creating a song. These are stored with each generation.
- Generated audio. The MP3 files produced for you are stored in Firebase Storage, scoped to your account.
- Payment records. When you purchase access, Stripe processes the payment. We receive a Stripe session ID, the amount, and a timestamp; we never see your card details. Your email may be passed to Stripe for receipt purposes.
- Basic technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request time) captured by Firebase and Google Cloud to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
- To generate the songs you request.
- To enforce your entitlement (trial song or paid access period) and prevent abuse.
- To respond if you contact us.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or to profile you across other services.
Who we share with
- Google (Firebase). Authentication, database (Firestore), storage, hosting, and serverless Functions.
- Apple. Sign In with Apple, if you choose it.
- Stripe. Payment processing. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
- ElevenLabs. The event type, names, and instructions you enter are sent to ElevenLabs to generate the audio. Their privacy policy is at elevenlabs.io/privacy.
We do not transfer personal information to any other party except where required by law.
Data retention
Account and generation records are kept for as long as you have an account. Payment records are retained as long as required for tax and accounting. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete the data associated with your account. Email us at the address below and we will action your request within a reasonable time.
Security
All traffic is served over HTTPS. Access to your data is restricted by Firebase security rules so that only you — signed in as the owning account — can read your songs and generation history.
Children
Party DJ is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top indicates when it was last changed. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
