Data Deletion Instructions
Party DJ ("the service", "we", "us") is operated by AI Lab. If you would like us to delete your account and the personal data associated with it, follow the steps below. This page also serves as our data deletion instructions URL for Facebook Login, as required by the Facebook Platform Terms.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@ai-lab.com.au from the email address you used to sign in to Party DJ.

Use the subject line
Data deletion request. - In the body, tell us which account you want deleted. If you signed in with Facebook, Google, or Apple, mentioning the provider helps us locate your record quickly.
What gets deleted
- Your account record and sign-in identifiers.
- Songs you generated and any associated metadata (event type, names, instructions, language).
- The MP3 files stored for your account in Firebase Storage.
What we keep
We retain payment records (Stripe session ID, amount, timestamp) for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Server logs captured by Firebase and Google Cloud follow the retention windows of those platforms.
Timing
We will confirm receipt of your request by email and action deletion within 30 days.
